Cancellations & Refunds

If customer wish to cancel Air Tickets should send Email to giving details of booking and reference number well in advance for arranging necessary eligible refunds to their account. The refund amount after deducting the service charges will be credited to customer account by 7 working days through Payment Gateway. In case if customer canceled tickets directly with Airlines, also should send Email to giving ticket and reservation details with reference number enable us to arrange necessary eligible refund. If a customer wants to Prephone or postphone the tickets already bought, the customer should mail with details of booking well in advance and the charges will have to be paid extra by the customer subject to availability of seats and subject to airlines provisions. For Hotel reservations and Bus tickets cancellations read the terms and conditions while booking the reservations. Accordingly you will have to mail  with cancellation details well in advance as specified online while booking for arranging necessary refunds to your account.
