The refund amount after deducting the service charges will be credited to customer account by 7 working days through Payment Gateway. In case if customer canceled tickets directly with Airlines, Hotel and Bus transport service, should send Email to giving ticket and reservation details with reference number enable us to arrange necessary eligible refund.
